buy securities from us
enter into an investment advisory contract
give us your income information
give us your contact information

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Our affiliates include companies that utilize the brand name SVB Capital and companies that are owned by or under common control or ownership of SVB Financial Group.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

SVB Capital does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

SVB Capital does not jointly market consumer financial products using your information.
